Returns and Refunds
Once the customer has received a confirmation of order and does not change it, it will be deemed that the goods are non- returnable and non- refundable as they have been bespoke made. No refund can be offered.
If the customer finds that the goods have been damaged in transit or they have not been made to the correct specification then the customer must contact Drywall Pro-Cut at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of the goods and a refund will made or replacement goods provided. However, if we believe it is needed, the customer must grant access for inspection of the goods in order to make a decision whether a refund or replacements are warranted or not.
